Hilltown Karşıyaka, designed as a next-generation sustainable shopping center with the architectural concept of T-Concept and awarded the 'World's Best Shopping Center' at the 2021 ICSC Global Design and Development Awards, offers visitors a unique living experience with its unparalleled architecture, accessibility, premium brands, gourmet cafes/restaurants, and entertainment areas. The food court, which offers a variety of world cuisines suitable for all ages and tastes, and the open terrace restaurant area, along with its vibrant landscape architecture and pet-friendly concept, cater to the expectations of visitors.
In Hilltown Karşıyaka, in addition to retail stores, there is approximately 4.000 m² of entertainment area, 1.300 m² of event space, a total of 7 cinema halls including the first "Starium" salon in Izmir, 43 cafes/restaurants, and a parking lot for 2.500 vehicles.
