Yağmur Yaşar completed his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering at Middle East Technical University in 1992 and his master's degree in Business Administration at Middle East Technical University in 1996.
Until 2018, he worked as a senior executive in Turkish and international real estate investment companies.
In 2018, he joined the Rönesans Real Estate family and has been serving as the General Manager and Chairperson of the Executive Board at Rönesans Real Estate since 2020.
He also holds positions on the boards of industry organizations such as GYODER and AYD.

Sinan Tekol, who holds bachelor's and master's degrees (MBA) from Middle East Technical University, has been a CFA charterholder since 2019.
He began his career in the Corporate Banking department of Akbank and has a total of 11 years of experience in finance and banking.
Tekol joined Rönesans Real Estate in 2017 and has been serving as its CFO since 2023.
