After signing the UN Global Compact in 2015, Rönesans Holding has consistently prioritized and implemented Sustainable Development Goals in all its activities, details of which can be found in the 'Sustainability Report.'
External stakeholder communication studies are carried out to stimulate discussion and encourage feedback on sustainability topics important to stakeholders. Internal stakeholders (company managers, employees, and IFC representatives among the Holding partners) and external stakeholders' expectations of financial institutions and customers were considered when Rönesans Holding conducted the online sustainability performance evaluation and prioritization survey studies to review and update its sustainability priorities. This development has become increasingly important since 2020. At Rönesans Holding, sustainability studies are also carried out at the group level under the Sustainability Committee at the Head Office. Sustainability studies are carried out in an integrated manner by the committee's workgroups, and the groups' suggestions and decisions are reported to the Board.
