Hilltown, whose design allows visitors to spend time in restaurants, shopping streets and outdoor areas with a view of the Prince Islands, has an annual capacity of 15 million visitors. The project’s concept architecture carries the signature of the American architecture office Elkus Manfrendi Architects, and it offers its visitors a new life experience with its view of the Prince Islands, neoclassical architecture, accessibility, exclusive brands and cafes, restaurants and entertainment areas situated on shopping streets.
There are 192 stores, 12 movie theaters, 40 cafes/restaurants and a carpark for 2 thousand and 400 vehicles in Hilltown, which has a leasable area of 63 thousand square meters and an entertainment area of approximately 2 thousand square meters. Built in the concept of a shopping and entertainment town where the metropolitan people can find relief from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul, Hilltown is named after the town it resembles, thanks to its architectural features. The brands available at Hilltown include Vakko, Massimo Dutti, Oysho, Mavi, Bershka, Macro Center, Zara, Zara Home, Koton, Mavi, H&M, Boyner, Beymen Club, Big Chef’s, Ramsey, Macfit and Media Markt among others. Situated near important institutions such as Istanbul Commerce University, the new Marmara University campus to be built, Turkcell, Bosch and TED Rönesans College, Hilltown is 250 meters from the metro station, 10 minutes from the seaside, 30 minutes from Sabiha Gökçen Airport and 15 minutes from the Bosphorus Bridge and 15 minutes from Kadıköy by metro.
