Rönesans Holding Offices located at the Rönesans Tower are now award-winning. Office floors of the Rönesans Holding were awarded “The Best Office Interior Design” by European Property Awards 2015.

Also in the last year, the Ministry of Railroad Transport of Turkmenistan constructed by the Rönesans Featured Projects Corporation had won the “Best Public Service Interior” award for the Asia-Pacific Region at International Property Awards 2014.

Rönesans Holding Offices, located at the Rönesans Tower was deemed worthy of European Property Awards which is one of the most prestigious awards in the property and real estate industry.

Rönesans Holding Offices, project and implementation phases of which were carried out by Rönesans Featured Projects Co., a Rönesans Holding affiliate, were awarded “The Best Office Interior Design” by European Property Awards. As the regional contest of the world-renowned International Property Awards, European Property Awards is given following a detailed evaluation and selection process by a high-calibre jury of international experts.

The projects of the Rönesans Holding draw attention recently as the award-winner of various international contests. The Ministry of Railroad Transport of Turkmenistan, another project that was carried out constructed by the Rönesans Featured Projects Corporation, had won the “Best Public Service Interior” award for the Asia-Pacific Region at International Property Awards 2014.

A TOTALLY GREEN POWER BUILDING

Qualified with the lean construction and building information modelling of Rönesans and an eco-friendly building design, the Rönesans Tower stands out as Turkey’s first high-rise project to receive LEED Platinum certification. As a Grade A office building located at Kozyatağı, İstanbul, the single 44 storey Rönesans Tower of 185,5 meters height boasts many innovations in terms of architecture and engineering.

As a hundred percent green power building, Rönesans Tower enables an energy saving by 26% and makes use of the sunlight by 90%. Irrigation is completely done from the rainwater stored in the collecting tanks, without relying on the city water and thus enabling water saving by 45%. All areas of the tower enjoy 100% clean air owing to the displacement ventilation system. In addition, the tower resists the earthquake load with Turkey’s first “outrigger” system which is quite crucial for earthquake safety.
