Rönesans Real Estate Investment is to be engaged in a strategic partnership with GIC through capital increase.
Through capital increase of amount 250 million Euro, Singapor’s state assets fund, Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (“GIC”), is becoming a 21.4% partner of Rönesans Real Estate Investment, Inc. (“RGY”) which is the real estate branch of Rönesans Group exercising activity in Turkey.
