Maltepe Park began to offer a higher quality shopping experience to its visitors with a stronger mix of brands and tenants as of 5 September 2013, as a result of the expansion and renovations carried out. With the new additions, it is home to 185 stores, a food court whose capacity has been increased to 2,000 people, 27 restaurants and cafes, a 16,000 sqm CarrefourSA Hypermarket and indoor-outdoor car park areas with a capacity of 2,000 vehicles.
Standing out with its location on E-5 highway in Maltepe and its metro connection, Maltepe Park has been welcoming its visitors with its completely renovated concept since 2013.
Maltepe Park joined Rönesans Gayrimenkul’s portfolio in 2018.
