Piazza Samsun Shopping and Lifestyle Center is the first center of the Piazza branded shopping and lifestyle centers developed via Rönesans Gayrimenkul opened its doors to the visitors in March 2013. As the largest shopping center investment of the Black Sea Region with a construction area of 140,000 m² and leasable area of 65,000 m², Piazza leads the commercial and social life of not only Samsun, but also the entire Central Black Sea region.

Hosting a total of 160 local and foreign brands, Piazza opened the first stores of leading brands of different sectors such as Media Markt, 5M Migros, Zara, H&M, Decathlon, Cinemaximum, Lacoste, Yargıcı, Starbucks, Tommy Hilfiger, Cook Shop and Macfit in Samsun for the first time. The 1,500 m² terrace of Piazza, which also accommodates areas for children’s activities, is Samsun’s largest public terrace.

Piazza, whose architecture was undertaken by Tabanlıoğlu Architects, is built on a land of 34,000 m² between Ulus and Çarşamba Avenues, on the Atatürk Avenue that connects the airport to the city center.

Piazza is also planned as a mixed-use project with the 5-star Anemon Hotel with 164 rooms, which provides a unique accommodation option in the region.

Piazza Shopping and Lifestyle Center aims to make Samsun and the entire Black Sea region a center of attraction and has a target region which also includes the Black Sea coastal area of Georgia, Russia and Ukraine.
